As a Customer Service Controller, you will: Lead the Service Engineering Team:
Understand and respond to customer requests, assess and prioritize their needs, and identify actions with agreed timescales. Support Fleet Availability:
Ensure processes are followed, inspections, repairs, and maintenance are timely, and all data is recorded accurately. Plan Jobs Effectively:
Maximize engineer productivity and asset utilization by allocating the right resources to meet customer needs. Drive Best Practices:
Implement 5-star contamination control practices through audits and operational excellence. Manage Job Progress:
Oversee job progress at every stage, ensuring timely resolution for both Finning Power Rental and our customers. Engage Employees:
Foster a consistent approach through the team, using employee engagement surveys as a guide. Ensure Safety:
Maintain the highest standards of site, people, and equipment security while promoting safe practices. What We’re Looking For
