Job Description
This temporary position is available until 31 March 2027, with a working pattern of 36 hours per week. The salary is FC6 £31 761.26 to £34 914.86 pro rata. Location: Skills Development Conference Centre, Kirkcaldy.
Job Details
* Provide project support to 'Employability Services' partnership, with specific emphasis on performance management for a range of innovative employability projects that support our priority clients into sustainable employment with support from Scottish Government and Area Committee funding.
* Apply specialist knowledge and competence with the organisation's chosen software support tool (currently FORT CRM) and other project management software support tools such as those for risk assessment and management.
* Assist the project manager(s) in controlling and monitoring project budgets and costs to agreed tolerances.
* Assist with compiling performance reports for Scottish Government, Fife Partnership, Opportunities Fife Partnership and local projects.
* Directly support the production and presentation of reports, guidance and other documentation relating to the Fife Employability Pathway programme.
Essential Skills
* Qualified to SCQF Level 7, including HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent.
* Project management skills.
* Experience of using management information systems such as FORT.
* Experience within a similar role.
