Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizationsConduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matchingManage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positionsDevelop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent poolsKey Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successful permanent placementsStrong networker with a proactive approachAdvanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specificationsProficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systemsExperience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment processWhat We Offer
