HR Business Partner
Location: Macclesfield - Hybrid (with regular on-site engagement)
Salary: £43,275.42
Contract: Full-Time, 37 hours/week (12 month FTC)
Our client, a respected organisation with a strong values-driven culture, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People Team on a 12-month contract .
This is a key role supporting senior and middle managers by providing expert HR guidance, leading people-focused initiatives, and strengthening leadership capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with managers to support business goals through effective people strategies
Lead and contribute to HR projects aligned to the People Strategy
Provide coaching, guidance and HR support on ER cases, performance and capability
Drive talent development, succession planning and workforce planning initiatives
Support recruitment processes including job design, attraction, and selection
Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports and analyse data trends
Contribute to monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external provider
Promote best practice, compliance, and inclusion across all areas of HR delivery
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role
Strong understanding of employee relations, coaching, and HR best practice
Excellent communication skills the ability to influence and support managers
Confident working independently in a busy, values-driven environment
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with occasional travel across sites
