Duties of the Commercial Vehicle Technician will include:
7. Diagnose, repair and service Volkswagen LCV and VAG vehicles to manufacturer standards
8. Utilise diagnostic equipment effectively to identify faults
9. Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs
10. Communicate with customers to explain work scope and findings
11. Complete accurate documentation in line with brand and warranty procedures
12. Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards
13. Road-test vehicles post-repair to ensure quality work
Requirements that the Commercial Vehicle Technician will need:
14. Previous experience as a commercial vehicle technician or similar
15. Knowledge of Volkswagen LCV or VAG products is advantageous
16. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
17. Qualifications relevant to vehicle repair and diagnostics
18. Team player with a proactive attitude
19. Flexible approach to shift patterns and workload
