Job Description: As a Window and Door Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive aftercare and service to our customers. Your duties will include repairing, adjusting, and assessing windows and doors to the highest standards of workmanship. We are looking for a positive, hardworking problem solver to join our established team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform all aspects of aftercare and service for windows and doors
* Carry out repairs, adjustments, and assessments to ensure optimal function and appearance
* Maintain high standards of workmanship in all tasks
* Communicate effectively with customers to address their needs and concerns
* Travel to customer sites as required
Requirements:
* Working knowledge of uPVC windows and doors
* Experience in a similar role is desirable, but on-site training will be provided
* Valid CSCS card is essential
* Full UK driving license is essential
* Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
