Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has a 9 month fixed term vacancy for an efficient and motivated Team Administrator within the Southampton Psychological Service, which works across Southampton in the community mental health teams. The post is interesting and varied, and includes a mix of home working, and office-based work at College Keep in Central Southampton.

Main duties of the job
Your main responsibility will be to provide quality administrative and secretarial support to the Southampton Psychological Service, working efficiently with current systems and processes and ensuring security and accessibility of relevant information and documentation to help underpin the smooth running of the office and support the team of psychological practitioners. With a positive approach to customer care, you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, IT, administration and secretarial skills.
Together with strong communication skills you will also have excellent attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be approachable and welcoming to clients in all settings. You will work in the small friendly admin team under the direction of the administration manager, reporting to the Divisional Lead Psychologist and other Lead Psychologists, but will be capable of using your own initiative. You will be required to adopt a flexible approach and must enjoy working as part of a skill-mixed team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* To be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths.
* Advanced keyboard and touch-typing skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
