We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Administrator who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
Taking a high volume of inbound customer orders and enquiries via phone and email
Speaking with customers daily and delivering a professional, friendly service
Processing sales orders accurately using the internal system (full training provided)
Chasing and updating back orders and keeping customers informed
Supporting the wider sales team with administration and coordination
Liaising with external sales representatives and internal departments
Providing occasional showroom cover when needed
Becoming a key part of a busy, supportive team environment
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration, customer service, retail, or sales support experience
Someone confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email
A proactive and organised individual who enjoys staying busy
Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude
A team player who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term future
Ambition to progress into sales or senior opportunities would be highly advantageous
The details:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
£12.71 – £13.50 per hour depending on experience
Temp to perm opportunity
