In support of our continued growth, we are currently recruiting for
Experienced Insurance Sales Advisors.
Working in our
Personal Lines Team
you will provide tailored advice to new and existing clients across a range of insurance products including Car, Home and Travel. Providing exceptional knowledge and customer service, you will be focused on all areas of the business from looking after new business and renewals to mid-term adjustments, while working towards monthly sales targets.
The Role:
* Providing expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding their insurance needs.
* Providing quotations and arranging new business via computerised rating guides.
* Maximising all sales opportunities to include cross selling and dealing with prospects efficiently and effectively.
* Identifying and following up on potential customers quickly and professionally.
* Effectively and efficiently handle policy adjustments, renewals and any other queries which may arise.
* Handling customer complaints in accordance with Company procedures, calmly and with empathy.
* Achieving personal monthly targets whilst maintaining acceptable standards of work and quality.
* Maintain effective communication with all contacts, including insurance companies.
* Deal with all business clients in a professional manner.
* Adhering to regulations and requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Your Requirements:
Qualifications:
Essential:
* 5 GCSEs grades at C or above (including Maths & English) or equivalent/ or commensurate experience.
Desirable:
* CII qualification or relevant insurance qualification.
Experience:
Essential:
* Demonstrable experience in selling motor and/or home insurance products.
* Computer literate.
Desirable:
* Experience in working within a target driven environment.
* Working knowledge of OpenGI.
Competencies:
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using a variety of media.
* An effective, willing and enthusiastic team player.
* Self-motivated with the ability to act on own imitative to achieve set targets.
