Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a signature Mitie team, acting as the face of the client workspace and delivering a first-class service across all integrated facilities management services.
* Ensure customer requests and site activities are carried out efficiently while providing an exceptional customer experience for guests and residents.
* Lead the Hosts team to deliver seamless, high-quality guest experiences aligned with service expectations.
* Identify, report, and investigate near misses, incidents, and hazards; uphold a secure, accessible, and regulation-compliant workplace.
* Facilitate training to embed best practices and continuous improvement; ensure adherence to SLAs and company protocols.
* Serve as primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions and resolve queries promptly.
* Build professional relationships with key stakeholders to meet individual requirements.
* Coordinate meeting rooms and events end-to-end, including AV audits, hospitality, bookings, setup, and support for large-scale meetings.
* Support hospitality duties and maintain the NFS room booking system with accurate diary updates.
* Utilise CAFM, NFS, and other platforms to manage service requests, bookings, and reporting; monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
* Conduct daily floor walks, room checks, and consumables audits; escalate and resolve issues as needed.
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, rosters, attendance monitoring, and timesheet validation for the team.
* Ensure team compliance with site rules, appearance standards, and the One Code values.
* Deliver Toolbox Talks, maintain training records, and ensure QHSE site file and SOP compliance.
* Contribute to service improvements, business development, audits, ISO readiness, and bid/tender processes.
* Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold Signature and TLT values in all interactions.

* Previous experience coordinating events and in a 5* customer service role
* Knowledge/experience with technological workplace solutions

* Ability to handle complaints calmly and escalate when appropriate
* Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
* Support the team in achieving a positive representation of the Signature Standards
