* Ideally have experience of training/mentoring
* Must hold valid PCV and CPC licences.
* Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bus Driver.
* Comfortable and confident to deliver classroom / workshop-based group sessions
* Must be I.T. literate.
* Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Duties:
* Deliver a fully funded training programme for aspiring bus drivers, alongside ongoing development and mandatory CPC training for existing drivers.
* Training delivery will be in-person classroom/workshop based.
* Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
* Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
* Work to learner review and completion timescales.
