This is an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting the pre‑construction phase of projects across the Anglian Water region. You’ll play a vital role in managing document control, assisting with tender processes, and coordinating between key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
What will you be responsible for?
* Creating and maintaining document folder structures for each project and uploading project documentation
* Assisting the pre‑construction team with tender strategies and checking tender submissions against project deliverables
* Managing the meeting structure for the pre‑construction team, including project reviews and client liaison
* Ensuring necessary project documentation is complete for a smooth handover to the construction phase
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* Experience working within a construction environment in an administrative function
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Full driving licence, Disability Confident
