Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking committed and experienced SEN Tutors to join our team, working closely with local authorities and schools throughout Bicester.
You will help students with a variety of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and dyslexia. Your role will involve assessing individual requirements, planning and delivering personalised tuition sessions, and enabling every learner to achieve their best.
* Provide high-quality, one-to-one or small group tuition
* Assess students’ strengths and areas for growth
* Develop and implement tailored learning plans
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons, adapting to a range of SEN needs
* Collaborate with local authorities, schools, and families for coordinated support
* Monitor and report on student progress
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or minimum 5 years’ teaching/tutoring experience
* Proven experience supporting children and young people with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia)
* Strong understanding of effective SEN strategies and approaches
* Ability to assess, plan, and tailor tuition to individual needs
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
