York and Tadcaster

£12.05 per hour plus additional for weekend work

What you’ll do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping adults with profound physical and learning disabilities to live their best lives. Your role will include:

* Supporting individuals with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
* Encouraging independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.
* Bringing positivity, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
* Organising activities that spark joy and create meaningful connections.

We have a fantastic training programme that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role.
