Role : Sales Advisor
Location : Brighton, East Sussex
Contract : Full-time, Permanent, fully office based
Salary : £25,000 per annum + excellent commission structure

They are looking for motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join their friendly contact centre team.
Responsibilities
* Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to upsell on the companys products and services.
* Answering inbound calls from customers with product enquiries.
* Delivering excellent customer service with a focus on retention.
* Providing in depth product knowledge.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow all compliance procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should have experience in both inbound and outbound sales, ideally gained within a call centre environment. Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing a high volume of calls.
