About the role
As a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator, you will provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children in line with the EYFS, work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain nursery routines, build positive relationships with children and families, and uphold a welcoming and supportive environment. This is a flexible, supply or bank position on an as‑needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver care and learning experiences for children in accordance with EYFS.
* Work flexibly with teams to facilitate engaging activities and maintain routines.
* Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
* Adhere to safeguarding requirements, including completing an enhanced DBS check and mandatory safeguarding training.
Qualifications & Experience
* Desirable: Level 2 early years qualification or higher in a UK‑recognised qualification.
* Understanding of the EYFS, or an enthusiasm to learn more.
* Knowledge of child safeguarding and willingness to complete required training and checks.
