The Project Manager role sits within a marketing led project environment and is responsible for the delivery of NPD, EPD and supporting business projects. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope and within agreed budgets, in line with established stage-gate and governance processes.
The role has end-to-end accountability for the day-to-day operational management of NPD and EPD projects, including ownership of project plans, critical paths, risks, dependencies and costs. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across innovation, sales, brand, technical, finance and supply chain to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Responsibilities include preparing stage-gate and alignment documentation, proactively managing resource requirements, resolving issues and escalations, and ensuring the business is fully prepared for NPD and EPD launches. Post-launch reviews, cost control and formal project closure, including lessons learned, are core to the role.
The Project Manager will also support the PMO Lead in the delivery and continuous improvement of NPD, EPD and business project processes.
