Research Operations Lead – Market Information Provider
Exciting opportunity to own research operations for this international market information provider – where you’ll oversee data quality globally!
Reporting to the group’s research head and collaborating with international research/analyst teams, you’ll play an integral role in business transformation, building out and steering “operational command” to ensure/standardise global research performance.
Through establishing/improving dashboards and research operational metrics, you’ll develop scalable processes that are embedded into how research runs on a daily basis. You’ll become the custodian of data quality and methodological consistency across global teams, effectively overseeing the group’s research data dictionary, definitions, and methodology standards. This will improve the group’s market intelligence output to clients – from market forecasting to deeper reporting and analysis – and enhance actionable insights within the business for senior stakeholders to act upon. Additionally you’ll work closely with product and commercial teams as services and capabilities continue to advance.
Responsibilities
* Own research operations globally
* Build and standardise research performance metrics and dashboards

Qualifications
* Strong project manager; Six Sigma or Lean proficiency advantageous
* Advanced Excel
* Demonstrable data visualisation skills
* Experience in auditing large datasets
* Managed third‑party data partnerships
* Standardised processes for global teams
* Excellent communication; highly flexible, precise, strategic and big‑picture oriented
