As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality administrative support to frontline services across areas including Children’s Social Work, Youth Justice, Adoption, Fostering, VSK, and School Attendance & Inclusion.

About You
You will:
* Be highly organised with the ability to manage data, take accurate meeting minutes, and maintain confidentiality.
* Be confident liaising with a range of professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, including while working remotely.
* Be flexible and willing to travel across the county for meetings, service delivery points, and training sessions as required.
This is a customer-facing role and therefore requires a demonstrable command of spoken English, as outlined in Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
