Job Description:
As a Property Videographer, you will visit properties in different areas around Essex, Kent and London capturing stunning videos. Your work will be crucial in creating compelling visual content that highlights the unique features and selling points of each property. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand standards and meets their needs. The company takes care of all scheduling and editing requirements for you.
While videography is the core of this role, you'll also receive full training in additional areas such as drone operation, floorplan creation, and property photography—with all training and qualifications covered by the company.

This position is full-time, Monday to Saturday (Sunday and one week day off), and requires travelling to different areas around Essex, Kent and London on a daily basis.
It is essential that you have videography experience, a driver's license and a car.
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture high-quality videos of properties, both interior and exterior.
* Use professional equipment and techniques to ensure optimal lighting, composition, and perspective.
* Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
* Ensure timely delivery of all material.
* Maintain and manage videography equipment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a videographer.
* Proficiency in using videography equipment.
* Excellent eye for detail and composition.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A portfolio showcasing your videography work.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* MUST BE BASED IN (OR CLOSE TO) DARTFORD (candidates outside of this area will not be considered at this time)
