Barnett Creative: Junior Content Producer
Barnett Creative is a growing creative communications agency based in Elstead,
Surrey, working with public sector organisations, non-profits, campaigns and personal brands.
We provide a range of creative services including content creation, strategy, marketing, PR & media and communications.
Our HQ includes a studio and office space, which team members are expected to attend five days a week. Due to the hands-on nature of our work, this role is primarily office-based. The office offers free parking, an onsite café and is dog-friendly.
The Role
We are looking for a full-time Junior Content Producer to join the Barnett Creative team. This role reports to the Director and offers the opportunity to support a variety of projects while gaining practical experience across content creation.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning, production and delivery of content across both client and internal projects.
* Manage studio and location equipment, media and project files
* Prepare and edit content for delivery across social media platforms
* Help maintain high creative and technical standards by ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and project briefs.
* From time to time, attend networking events and industry groups to represent Barnett Creative and support business development activity.
Requirements
* Some experience within the creative or marketing industries (professional or personal projects)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines and take direction confidently
* Professional, positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK
* Due to the nature of some projects, successful candidates may be required to undergo a Criminal Record Check and Counter-Terrorism Check vetting.
Training & Development
* On-the-job training across filming, editing and production workflows
* Hands-on experience working on real client projects
* Ongoing feedback and support from senior team members

Working Hours & Location
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Standard working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Based in Elstead, Surrey (office-based)
This role is primarily office-based due to the hands-on nature of production work; however, we are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments where required.
Additional Details
Salary: £27,000 per year
28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
Workplace pension scheme in line with UK auto-enrolment requirements
Mix of production days on location and office-based editing days at our HQ
Travel required for shoots (reasonable expenses covered)
Some longer days or occasional weekend shoots may be required; time off in lieu will be provided in accordance with working time regulations.
