Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ up to 5 years PQE) with experience in Residential Conveyancing to join our client, a respected regional law firm, in Cumbria.
This is not a volume-driven environment, the firm prioritises quality of service and client relationships over billing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
* Transfers of equity and remortgages.
* Title investigations and reporting.
* Liaising with clients, agents and lenders.
Required Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
* Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
* Ability to manage matters from instruction to completion.
