What your day might look like
• Supporting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning differences
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils feel confident and understood
• Teaming up with teachers and SENCOs to keep things consistent and supportive
• Creating a calm space where pupils can learn, reset, and grow
• Noticing the small wins, and celebrating every single one
What you’ll bring
• A naturally calm, patient approach
• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
• Experience with children or young people, in schools, care, or similar settings
• The ability to build trust and positive relationships
• A steady presence, especially when things feel a bit wobbly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
