Job Title : Business & Project Management Lead Please note: Automatic promotion is not guaranteed Dynamic (hybrid) working : 2-3 days per week on-site, due to workload classification The opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Business & Project Management Lead role working in UK Manufacturing. Leading a PM&C team to drive for the achievement of contractual requirements, ensuring the best practice in Project Management disciplines and company processes (CLC 2) are effectively deployed to achieve an On Time, On Cost, On Quality outcome. The role requires you to build and maintain strong relationships with several Project, Programme and Manufacturing teams as you will be overseeing a range of different project areas. Provide line management, guidance and mentoring to direct reports so that they can effectively deliver the appropriate level of support to their project or programme. Performing data analysis and reporting to various stakeholders. This role involves joint working with other NATCOs through ICT arrangements and as such, strong joint working across a multi-national community is essential The role are requires you to establish a strong and productive Project Business Culture, forming and maintaining strong relationships with the associated Governance Structures (e.g. PMO) to maintain robust data and information underpinning accurate reporting of Key Milestones, Estimates at Completion and Workload Forecasts. The role is an exciting one providing the opportunity to work with a great team, a breadth of products and programmes and numerous stakeholders. You will be required to lead project teams to strive for excellence in the face of adversity Sound understanding of manufacturing and appreciation of technical and complex manufacturing related problems Knowledge and understanding of Export Control requirements and Inter Company Trading processes.
