Were looking for a Call Centre Executive / Customer Contact Advisor to join our on-site team in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone whos used to working in heavily phone-based environments, enjoys speaking to people all day, and is confident managing a high call volume.
What Youll Be Doing
* Making and handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls daily
* Speaking with candidates to gather information, book appointments, and update records
* Accurately logging call outcomes and notes on internal systems and CRM
* Following clear processes while working towards daily and weekly call targets
* Supporting the wider recruitment team with consistent, high-quality candidate engagement
What Were Looking For
1. At least 1 years experience in a high-volume, phone-based role (call centre, customer service, outbound calling, telesales, contact centre, etc.)
2. Confident, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
