Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive, 3 PQE, Devon, up to £55,000. The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualified) with experience in private client work. PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE: You will ideally have 3 years’ PQE with a proven track record in wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration. Detail-oriented and able to manage matters independently while maintaining the highest professional standards. Advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, estate administration, trusts, inheritance planning, and asset protection. Support estate administration, including probate applications and asset distribution, while advising on tax implications and succession planning. Manage a varied and often complex caseload, delivering bespoke legal advice with a strong client-care focus.
