Shifts on offer: Monday to Friday Days or Nights 0800 to 2000 OR 2000 to 0800
Must be a driver with a Full UK licence*

About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for an outgoing and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support with our service user in the Wimborne area who has a Spinal Injury (C7 complete), Bowel Care, Catheter Care, following from a horse riding accident. Despite this, our service user is a warm and sociable individual who enjoys gardening, pilates, and getting out and about the community to socialise with friends. They have full capacity, communicates verbally and values being involved in decisions about their care. The ideal candidates would be accompanying the service user on holidays and trips within the UK.
Key responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care, including catheter and bowel care (training provided)
* Supporting bladder training as directed
* Monitoring and responding to dysreflexia (training provided)
* Promoting independence and enabling her to continue enjoying her hobbies and social life
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:
* A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
* Complex Care experience preferred, but not a mandatory need.
* Full UK Driving Licence as the ideal carer will be required to drive a mobility vehicle
