The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
Gain invaluable experience across different subjects and year groups
Build confidence leading a classroom
This is the perfect stepping stone into teaching, educational psychology, youth work or pastoral roles.
What We’re Looking For
A degree (any subject considered)
A passion for working with young people
Strong communication and classroom presence
A proactive, can-do attitude
Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
