We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and supportive Teaching Assistant to join one of our primary schools in Kensington. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of all pupils, helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. About the role The role involves supporting pupils’ academic progress, assisting with classroom management, and providing targeted support for individuals or small groups, including children with SEND or additional learning needs. The Teaching Assistant will also help with preparing learning resources, supervising activities, and promoting the wellbeing and independence of pupils. This position is ideal for a caring and patient individual who enjoys working with children, is committed to supporting their learning and development, and thrives as part of a collaborative school team.
