Role and responsibilities for the Office Junior / Admin Assistant:
1. To support the Recruitment Team general admin functions
2. Provide administrative support to Management
3. Basic Contract Administration
4. Updating documentation on the internal & external systems
5. Organise the company’s systems, databases, and procedures and ensure they are fit for the purpose
6. Answer phone calls, emails, and route these to the appropriate person
7. Skills and Experience for the Office Junior / Admin Assistant:
8. Good telephone and customer service
9. Professional when dealing with candidates and clients
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Good Word, Internet and Email experience
12. Committed and dedicated
13. Good attention to detail
14. Once you have gained the knowledge and experience of how the company works you will be trained in the processing of the supply staff payroll.
Role and responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:
15. General high-volume payroll administration
16. Ensuring all employees are paid accurately each period and to agreed deadlines
17. Processing Timesheets
18. Ensure compliance with starter and leavers paperwork for HMRC.
