Working in partnership with a Top 50 UK Asset Finance business we are recruiting a Business Support & Monitoring Manager, which is a newly created role with the opportunity to design and implement a monitoring framework from the ground up, giving you real influence over how compliance operates across this growing asset finance business.
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager. This is a new role where you'll be setting up the monitoring plan and expanding the monitoring plan to cover different channels across the business. You'll be responsible for putting a robust framework in place including monitoring criteria. You'll be solutions orientated with a mind set to solve problems, create action plans and manage stakeholders accordingly.
Essential skills & experience required;
• Operated in a financial services background, but specifically lending
• A thorough understanding of CONC and FCA guidelines
• An understand how monitoring frameworks work, and have the capabilities and experience to set up a robust monitoring framework
• Good stakeholder management skills to be able to drive through actions to completion
• Capable of influencing people, impact and influence
• Management experience, this role will lead a team of 3 Monitoring Analysts
• Able to cope with complexity and be adaptability to the monitoring of different channels
