Responsibilities:
1. Following an initial training period, spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your skills to achieve desired outcomes.
2. Remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
3. Participate in induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching to facilitate your transition into a Prosecutions Lawyer role.
Requirements:
* Genuine interest in criminal prosecutions.
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
* Experience in contentious law is preferable but not mandatory; open to lawyers from all disciplines eager to learn.
* Strong decision-making skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
