Salary: £23,000.00 per annum

Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a confident and self-motivated Office Administrator to join our growing Team.

What you will be doing as an Administrator…
* Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and efficiently
* Supporting the team, suppliers, and customers, ensuring they have an excellent experience
* Processing in house and third-party orders in an efficient and professional manner
* Manage haulier movement through the site, to include bookings, load notes, dispatches, and returns
* Acquire a general knowledge of all the products supplied within the division, and basic commercial knowledge to ensure that customer enquiries are handled in a professional manner
* Communicate with fellow team members to share, and prioritise outstanding tasks on a day-to-day basis
