This is not a role for someone learning the industry. You must bring proven experience within water treatment.

* Ensuring projects and service delivery meet technical and regulatory standards

* Managing budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
* Applying strong business acumen within the water treatment marketplace
* Ensuring the organisation remains commercially competitive
Team Leadership
* Leading and developing technical and operational teams
* Building a high-performance culture
* Supporting staff development across the organisation
Compliance & Governance
* Ensuring full compliance with water treatment regulations and industry standards
* Maintaining strong governance, safety and regulatory adherence
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Building strong relationships with clients, regulators, suppliers and internal teams
* Communicating clearly with stakeholders across technical and commercial environments
What You Must Bring
* Proven experience within the water treatment industry (essential)
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Experience in strategic planning and operational management
* Confidence managing budgets and financial performanceExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong analytical and commercial awareness
* Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Solid understanding of regulatory compliance within water treatment
