The Senior Program Manager leads the transformation of legacy assessment systems and business processes into modern, scalable technology platforms and solutions. This role will have the responsibility to hire or train existing talent from the current assessment team to be ready to take over the build and the maintenance support of systems as they transition into operational systems for IB About the Job This role involves overseeing the delivery of multiple initiatives in assessment operations, ensuring readiness for production deployments and business operations. Key responsibilities include: Championing new development practices and strategies within the DevOps framework. Streamlining assessment operations and improving deployment processes. Accelerating time-to-market for new features and products. Working closely with the product team to drive development efficiency and innovation. Leading strategic planning and execution across initiatives. Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies. Maintaining a delivery cadence that supports continuous improvement and scalability. Collaborating with the Head of Student Operations Systems to prioritize and allocate resources for maximum value. About You At least a Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related discipline Proven experience as a team manager in a global environment Proven experience in Edtech sector, preferably assessment systems Strong project management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycle, ITIL and assessment systems. Familiarity with industry best practices and standards.
