The rate of pay varies depending on site and location, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for bonuses and overtime.
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including:
* Morning Shifts
* Afternoon Shifts
* Night Shifts
* Some sites operate 8-hour or 10-hour shift patterns.
Transport is available for some locations that are further afield - please ask our team for details when you apply.
Responsibilities
Your Time at Work
As a Production or Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
* Working on a production line or within a busy warehouse environment
* Picking and packing products accurately
* Loading and unloading goods
* Operating machinery or equipment (training provided)
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
You'll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and ready for distribution to customers.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
* Follow all site Health & Safety and food safety procedures
* Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar role is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
