About Our Client
Our client is a growing non profit organisation responsible for creating positive impact in the health care industry. As a part of their expansion plans in Bangladesh they are looking for a dynamic Director Programs & Partnerships role based in Dhaka.
Job Description
Reporting to the leadership, your responsibilities would include the following:
3. Create an action plan for achieving organisation's growth goals and provide leadership for implementing the same.
4. Make or delegate day-to-day decisions to maximize country impact, staying within the boundaries of established frameworks
5. Build, mentor, and lead multi-functional teams in the country to effectively execute program development, delivery, and operational activities
6. Supervise the heads of program development, program delivery, research, and operations and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful fulfilment of their responsibilities
7. Ensure smooth and efficient inter team collaboration within the delivery as well as cross functional teams and as well as global teams
8. Collaborate with stakeholders and other teams to address challenges and obstacles in shared programs
9. Facilitate empathetic problem-solving initiatives to ensure the efficient resolution of issues, maintaining program continuity targets set for shared programs in the country
10. Work closely with the research team to ensure that ongoing studies and evaluations align with program goals and objectives
11. Utilize research outcomes to identify areas for improvement and innovation, leading to more impactful program delivery
The Successful Applicant
12. Bachelor's degree in health care field.
13. Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams to achieve significant program impact.
14. Extensive experience in program development, delivery, and operations.
15. Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions within established frameworks.
16. Excellent people leadership, management, and mentoring capabilities fostering a positive team culture.
17. Someone who can have oversight on finance and admin processes and provide guidance to these teams.
18. Familiarity with research methodologies and the ability to leverage research outcomes to drive performance improvement.
