As one of our Operations & Events Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless delivery of unforgettable experiences across the Arts and Culture Trust’s (ACT) vibrant venues and spaces. From coordinating bookings and managing resources to ensuring every event runs like clockwork, you’ll be the go-to expert who brings precision, creativity, and leadership to every moment.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee everything from client event liaison and contracted event delivery to financial outcomes and stakeholder engagement. You’ll optimise event delivery and patron experience and provide strategic insights to enhance our event offerings. Your ability to juggle logistics, foster relationships, and maintain high standards will ensure ACT’s venues remain the preferred choice for diverse and exciting events.
You’ll play a key role in developing event policies, managing emergency plans, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You’ll be instrumental in creating a safe, welcoming, and innovative environment for hirers, contractors, and guests alike.
