We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, premium franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff.

The successful Vehicle Technician will work within a busy Service Department, maintaining high standards of vehicle repair and diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
* Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs on a diverse range of vehicles
* Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership quality standards
* Accurately diagnose faults and report findings to the Workshop Controller
* Maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and performance standards
* Follow all health and safety procedures relevant to the role
* Maintain high standards of customer care and workmanship
* Collaborate effectively with team members to meet workload targets
* Keep detailed records of work carried out and ensure compliance with warranty processes
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
* Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Ideally 1-2 years practical experience post-qualification
* Hold a valid UK driving licence
* Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed team player
* Capable of maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
* Motivated to work towards team targets and continuous development
