* Early shift: 05:30 - 14:00
* Late shift: 10:30 - 19:00
* Meal service times:
Breakfast 06:30–08:00
Lunch 12:15–13:15
Evening meal 17:00–18:30

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our professional catering team at DM Kineton.
You’ll work across two busy kitchens, helping to provide freshly prepared meals for around 300 service personnel.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where experience matters more than qualifications, and career growth is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals across all services
* Support the Sous and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
* Maintain excellent standards of food safety and hygiene
* Assist with stock control and ordering when required
* Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
* Deliver great service and consistent quality for our customers
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Chef de Partie or similar)
* Passion for great food and excellent service
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail
* Experience valued over formal qualifications - training and career development provided
