Job Description

3. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports accurately.
4. Manage and organise client files and records with confidentiality.
5. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for the Private Client team.
6. Handle client communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
7. Support the team with billing and invoicing tasks.
8. Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring and following up on tasks.
9. Maintain and update client databases and systems.
10. Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Legal Secretary should have:

11. Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role, ideally in professional services.
12. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software systems.
14. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
15. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
16. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
