Temporary Contracts Administrator

Monday to Friday | 35 hours per week | Flexible between 8:30am–5:30pm
Temporary contract – initially 6 months- Must be available ASAP
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next temporary role?
We’re working with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, known for its friendly team culture, supportive management, and opportunities for development. Based in their Contracts Team, you’ll be helping ensure accurate data entry, excellent customer service, and smooth contract renewals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Inputting data into the CRM system and sending follow-up emails to customers.
* Creating follow-up tasks for team members to support chasing purchase orders or prepayments.
* Supporting the Contracts Manager with monthly admin tasks.
* Sending advisory notices to customers regarding renewals and warranty expiries.
* Assisting with contract renewals and activations during busy periods.
* Extracting and validating customer information from SAGE.
* Answering and directing inbound calls.
* Maintaining accurate records across spreadsheets and updating customer contact/invoice details.
The ideal candidate:
* Available to start ASAP
* Ideally, 1+ year of admin experience in an office setting.
* Minimum GCSEs in English & Maths.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Quick learner with a proactive approach.
* A team player who’s keen to develop and grow.
