Your responsibilities as Technical Project Engineering Lead
Lead the technical design and development of new products and engineering projects
Work alongside other teams to define delivery plans, resources, risks and timescales
Support customer enquiries, bids and quotations through solution design and technical input
Ensure design documentation and records are maintained in line with quality requirements
Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and working practices
Maintain compliance with quality, health and safety, and relevant industry standards
What we’re looking for in a Technical Project Engineering Lead
Previous technical leadership experience within a high-technology engineering environment
Strong knowledge of electronics, embedded systems and complex engineered products
Experience across mechanical and electronic design, manufacture and testing activities
Knowledge of 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks, alongside electrical design principles
Degree qualification in Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience
You will be working Monday-Friday, onsite in Wokingham
