Overview
Neston and Willaston Care Community Team are looking for an admin assistant to join our small and friendly team in the Neston area of Cheshire West. We are hoping to recruit a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes. Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible "can do" approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner. This vacancy is part time 12.5 hours per week (to cover Mon & Tue).
Main duties
* To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
* Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals.
* A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.
Details
The Trust currently supports the RealLivingWage(RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
