Mobile Maintenance Plumber Location: Swindon Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 Van & Fuel Card Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities management and building services company is looking for a skilled Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join their growing team. Covering Swindon and the surrounding areas, you’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and minor installation work across commercial sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and reliable engineer looking for a stable mobile role with long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance in commercial buildings * Service and repair hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, and sanitary ware * Work on TMVs, water heaters, pumps, and general plumbing systems * Support compliance tasks including temperature checks and L8 monitoring * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely * Complete job reports and documentation accurately * Liaise with clients and site staff to ensure smooth service delivery * Travel between sites across the Swindon region Skills & Experience Required: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification) * Experience working within commercial maintenance or facilities management – essential * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Good knowledge of water systems, pumps, and pipework installations * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence – essential What’s on Offer: * Salary between £36,000 – £38,000 per annum * Company van fuel card * Monday to Friday working hours * Overtime available for additional earnings * Training and development opportunities within a growing FM business
