This role is based in our 5 Howick Place, London office
Join LIONS Learning as a Delegate Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth within the e-learning industry. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of marketing education while building meaningful partnerships with brands across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Growth
1. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of brand and agency opportunities for our on-campus programmes at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity (Brand Academy, CMO, etc)
2. Commercially lead on the geographical expansion of our CMO Accelerator programme
3. Support with the commercial plans for the Effie Bootcamp programmes
4. Prospect and qualify new leads across multiple industries and sectors
5. Present cutting-edge on-campus courses to marketing specialists
6. Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy
7. Expand the customer base within targeted sectors
Client Relationship Management
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client portfolio
9. Enhance client loyalty and reduce churn through exceptional service deliver
10. Increase repeat business and long-term partnerships
Strategic Planning & Analysis
11. Provide accurate forecasting of prospects and opportunities
12. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
13. Develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
14. Identify and strategize new business opportunities across different sectors
Stakeholder Engagement
15. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
16. Present to senior management and industry experts from various backgrounds
17. Collaborate effectively across global time zones
18. Align goals with diverse teams to drive collective success
Qualifications
Experience & Background
19. Spanish speaker preferred
20. Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in e-learning environments
21. Experience in consultative selling with solution-focused approaches
22. Background in presenting to senior management and business leaders
23. Understanding of what makes educational content valuable for diverse learners
24. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
25. Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
26. Strong relationship-building skills across diverse markets
