As a Studio manager within the finishing department, you will specialise in bespoke finishing activities while managing and supporting a skilled team of workshop staff.

* Salary range up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What You Will Be Doing
* Managing and working alongside a team responsible for specialist finishing processes
* Applying high-quality finishes to timber, metal, and glass components
* Ensuring consistently high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
* Maintaining quality control in line with luxury furniture and interiors expectations
* Sharing specialist finishing knowledge and techniques with colleagues
* Supporting day-to-day workshop operations and workflow efficiency
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in a similar finishing role within furniture, interiors, or a related sector
* A restoration background would be advantageous
* Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* A positive, self-motivated, and responsible approach to work
* Comfortable managing and supporting a team while remaining hands-on
* Willingness to learn and share skills within the wider business
* Fluent written and spoken English
