Contract Role: Marketing Executive (11-Month Contract)
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and creative marketing professional to strengthen our digital presence and drive engagement through compelling content and strategic campaigns. This role is integral to the success of the Open Innovation Platform (OIP) initiatives and involves end-to-end content management, social media strategy, and storytelling to boost brand visibility and SEO performance. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate content across all digital platforms while maintaining a cohesive communications calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and design marketing content—including copywriting, graphics, and videos—for a variety of distribution channels.
* Manage and update website content, particularly during OIP Call periods, including launch information, success stories, testimonials, and more.
* Support OIP Calls through integrated marketing efforts across social media, ATL (Above-The-Line), and BTL (Below-The-Line) channels.
* Collaborate with OIP problem owners and solvers to craft and promote success stories.
* Work with publishers to plan and execute advertorials that showcase success stories and attract corporate participation.
* Plan and execute digital media buys (e.g., social media, search ads, video ads) to drive awareness and increase top-of-mind recall.
* Track and report on campaign performance weekly, using analytics and competitive benchmarking.
* Maintain strong working relationships with partners and publishers for collaborative promotional efforts.
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality production that meets brand and technical specifications.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
* Proven experience in content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
* Strong multitasking and project management skills.
* Experience in event planning, running workshops, and engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
