About The Role: Shift Pattern : This role is working every Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm. As a Cleaning and Waste Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of cleaning and waste management operations in your area. This role involves ensuring safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with, carrying out cleaning duties and general housekeeping, and ensuring waste is moved to the correct locations across the site. Training will be provided for operating baler machines if necessary. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensure the smooth running of compactor machines in your area (training will be provided) Assist with rectifying and reporting any issues arising Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with Carry out cleaning duties and general housekeeping of areas. Ensuring waste is moved to correct locations across site The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK Experience with working with compactors is preferred but full training will be provided if necessary.
