Our client is a franchised car dealership seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager for their busy and thriving site.

* Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
* Provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPIs.
* Be experienced with all aspects of F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
* Oversee the enquiry management process.
* Promote the professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular performance reviews against targets.
* Participate in vehicle part-exchange appraisals, valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
As a Sales Manager, you:
* Will have previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller within a main dealer environment and are looking to advance your career.
* Must comply with FSA regulations.
* Have franchised dealership experience.
* Be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Possess a positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
* Have proven experience in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
